He sucked on her lower lip, her mewls a sultry summoning.

She kissed him with passion. He had to have her, right that second.

He tugged her shirt upward and peeled down the silky black bra, releasing her breasts; pebbled nipples encased by a blushing areola. The sight tightened his balls. When she wriggled, he pulled the top over her head and leaned in, licking one breast in a circular motion. He made his way to the peak that stood so erect, he’d suck it as if it were candy.

Cary’s moans drove him insane, along with the way her hips rocked back and forth.

  Soon, baby, soon.

His mouth clasped around her nipple, stroking it with his tongue.

Cary cried in pleasure, her hands fisted his hair. He moved onto the next bountiful breast while Cary writhed beneath him. Just how he loved his women.

Sure, he hadn’t intended to kiss her, but now he was face deep in the most delicious breasts, fuck pulling away. No going back.

  She moaned louder.

He released his hold and leaned closer to her ear. “When I eat your pussy, I’m not stopping until you tell me I’m the best. And that I won.”

“Ha!” A boisterous musical laughter flowed, despite her reddening cheeks.

He pulled away and knelt alongside a female he’d love to bottle and keep forever.

Cary lay there, her breasts on full display, demanding he take her. Her grin mocked Levi, and even without her sight, she played the game well. So, he slid a thumb along her stomach, in a wiggly motion, and swept beneath the front of her sweatpants.

Her breaths quickened, and she chewed on her lower lip.

His hand sailed across tiny curls, his middle finger gliding into the center of her core. Deeper, he wriggled open her inner lips where fire and silkiness were alight. Wet and his.

Levi teased her clit in a circular motion, soft at first, then faster. His eyes fixed on the way her breasts jiggled when she squirmed on the floor.

  “You’re all mine.”

  “Hmph.”

Oh yeah. He pressed a finger into her entrance, then two more, stretching her. Her hips rose to the occasion. She groaned in such way that screamed orgasm. Too quick. He withdrew and licked her flavor, inhaling her intoxicating smell. Shit, his jeans were strangling him.

“Why are you stopping?” Her voice was brittle, and her mouth hung open.

Levi shuffled lower and curled his fingers around the elastic in her pants and underwear. He dragged them down her legs and removed them.

She released a surprised mewl and clasped her hands to her chest in an innocent anticipation. Levi’s dick pulsed and every molecule in his body craved the kitten in front of him.

“Oh, is that not what you wanted?” He purred the voice.

“Nothing you do will shock me.”

  Challenge accepted.

He cradled her elbows and lifted her to a sitting position. A quick flick at her back unlatched her bra. His body ached for closeness, for her skin, her nakedness. He closed in and kissed her again, sensing her shiver beneath him. In one swift move, he placed a hand under her knees, the other behind her back. He shifted his weight and stood with Cary in his arms.

A sense of primal satisfaction infused Levi as he carried the naked minx to his bedroom, his thoughts drowning in all the fun coming their way.

  Chapter 9

Cary’s post-surgery never involved seducing Levi. Or kissing him. Or teetering on the verge of an orgasm from his magical fingers. But it happened. As she lay on her back on the bed, her insides were tighter than wearing pantyhose two sizes too small. Still, she didn’t regret a single stroke.

“Is this your big plan? Staring at me?” She lifted herself onto her elbows. If she’d had her sight, she would oogle Levi’s being naked. When she’d brushed up against him downstairs, the guy was massive. In the same way he was massive, her libido screamed to have him gliding into her, pounding her until she exploded.

“And?” he asked as if she wasn’t naked, and they were simply chatting about the weather.

“I promise it’ll be more fun if you take your clothes off and join me.” Since he’d brought her to bed, Levi hadn’t made a sound. He probably drooled in his own fantasy, or the bastard enjoyed watching her suffer.

His breath was a feather, gliding along her stomach, teasing her thighs. She squeezed them together as the sensation had her flying in a pre-show trail before the main event.

According to Tasha, Levi had been with most of the girls at Argos. Yeah, pushing Levi away would be the right decision. Except, laying there naked with her nerve-endings ready to snap, she didn’t give a pig’s ass about his past. Only what was happening in the present. And while she’d never been blindfolded before, something about Levi made her want to trust him. Right then, if he asked, she’d let him handcuff her to the bed so he could have his way with her. Though, she didn’t need to be tied up for that.

The unmistakable sound of a zipper made her smile. The shuffling of clothes told her he’d stripped. “Wish I could see.” Then she’d gawk at the sculptured bod she’d brushed up against during their mock-fight. Drowning in the tight, oblique muscles she imagined framed either side of his shallow navel. And her gaze would sail south to a… her throat parched… his stiff erection. Solid and large.

When his hands rested on Cary’s knees, prying them open, a cool breeze from the air conditioner teased her most intimate spot. Her elbows gave out and she collapsed onto her back. Waiting. Her skin burning for that first touch.

“I wouldn’t give up my sight for anything.” His words were barely a whisper.

The moment his hands skipped down her thighs, a shiver gripped her body. The same one that dove south so fast her head spun. Levi tucked his hands underneath her knees. He dragged her across the bed until her butt sat on the edge of the mattress. His breath danced across her inner thighs.

Her mouth opened with a retort but then Levi’s tongue swept the length of her silkiness, she melted away like a glacier in summer.

Tingles sizzled across her belly. Her hips rose of their own accord, and she let herself fall backward.

He broke his hold. “Remember my little promise?”

  “Don’t know what you’re ta… ahhh…”

Levi’s mouth latched around her bud, suckling her, his mouth pulling at her folds.

  Two fingers pushed inside her.

Her back arched, and a moan purred free. When a third finger thrust deeper, her mewl rubbed her throat raw.

She writhed as an inferno seized her libido. Her pulse thumped in her ears as delicious euphoria swirled through her body. Her hips rocked, but Levi pulled away.

“Hey.” Her thighs together to bring home that orgasm teasing her to high hell. “Don’t think so.” She might be blind, but not helpless. She cupped a breast, pinching a nipple, desperate for the pressure to release.

His hand banded around her wrist. “Let me hear the promise,” he demanded with such a sexy assertiveness that Cary only needed one touch, one tongue flick on her clit, and she’d combust.

His finger grazed her inner thighs. “Say it.”

  “Bastard.”

He blew a warm breath along the apex between her legs. She tumbled into the abyss of pleasure. Levi licked her in one stroke, and that did it. A scream shivered through her from the orgasm rattling her at the core.

“Damn, girl.” Levi’s mouth wrapped around her folds, licking, eating her as if she were cotton candy. His fingers dug into her thighs, and he groaned from obvious enjoyment.

Sprawled across the bed, the last remnants of rapture streamed south.

The sound of crinkling plastic told her Levi came prepared. She scrambled backward on the bed. The mattress in front of her dipped. Levi’s body pressed in-between her legs and lay on top of her. His skin was a match against her flesh.

She snaked her hands behind his head, drawing him closer. Their mouths clashed, and she loved the musky flavor of herself on his kiss. “I want you.”
<
br />   “And you’ve got me.” The tip of his hardness pressed into her entrance.

Cary shifted, her muscles taut, ready to accept him.

His mouth caught hers, and she sucked on his tongue as his cock glided forward. With her hips lifted to meet him, a cool breeze skimmed over her skin, doing zilch to extinguish her blaze.

He slid deeper, widening her passage. Every fiber in her focused on their point of contact. With each movement, her body responded in quivering waves from having a sex-god fucking her. “Yes. Make it hurt.”

Plunging fast and repetitive, his every slap intensified. Holding onto his thick arms, she groaned for more. Each time the tip of his cock kissed her back wall, her stomach tightened. She fell into rhythm with his motion.

Then Levi eased out of her, leaving her with a sense of emptiness. She chased her racing breath as he lifted her legs off the bed, resting her ankles against his shoulders. The scorching tip of his cock danced at her entrance, waiting like an announced visitor. She wriggled her hips to claim him back.

“Stunning.” He rammed into her, so forceful, the air in her lungs expelled. And with her legs up in that position, Levi’s hard erection reached areas Cary had yet to discover.

Moans escalated by the second as he jackhammered. A surge of electricity built up, heavier, tantalizing. Now the orgasm mocking her earlier gripped her entire lower being. Utter bliss crashed through her like waves reaching and grabbing at the shore. She unleashed the scream lodged in her lungs.

“You okay?” Levi’s voice pulled her back to Earth. He lay alongside her, and the dent in the mattress drove her into a roll and into his arms.

“Hell-wow.” Her head reclined against his chest. She inhaled his musky and salty perspiration scent. A perfect male specimen. Strange that a fragrance could elicit such a powerful reaction, but on Levi, it suited him perfectly.

His kiss on her forehead was soft and protective. When he draped a leg over hers and slid an arm across her back, she let herself enjoy the moment. Most guys were showered by now. She wasn’t normally a snuggler, but in Levi’s arms the world was a distant problem.

No guy had ever turned her on that much, or made her lose inhibitions and ignore the dangers he posed as a hunter. In his strong arms, nothing touched her.

He kissed her brow again, his exhale a waterfall across her face. “I’ve never wanted anyone as much as I do you.”

Cary didn’t care to analyze his words as long as she remained in his embrace for eternity.

After the most incredible sex Cary had ever experienced, and a couple hours of sleep, Levi skulked around the place as if preparing to scale Mount Everest, ready to head out and pick up take out before he died of starvation. But in all honestly, Cary needed to get fresh air after being indoors most of the day, and suggested they both head out. Even if still blind.

The light evening breeze on the sidewalk tugged on her hair. Car engines whirred past. And the slapping of footfalls surrounded them. She kept flinching at every sound because without her sight, the world sounded sharper and closer.

Sure, her thoughts revolved like a turntable, reminding her Levi wouldn’t take too lightly to knowing he’d just banged a part-demon. In fact, he’d probably treat her like a monster, try to exorcise her, not realizing that his actions could kill her. Except, there was nothing to expel from her soul… though the jury was still out on whether she had a soul or not. Perhaps she should run in the opposite direction before it was too late.

“We can go back home and order Chinese if you’ve changed your mind.” Levi snaked an arm around her waist, pressing her to his side.

Cary shook my head. “Nah, I’m good.” She couldn’t deny the depth behind Levi’s actions. He had to care for her beyond getting laid, otherwise he wouldn’t bother with the dinner or taking her into his apartment. And earlier that day, he hadn’t made a move on her. Right now, her world revolved around just the two of them in that moment, his strong hold and constant attention.

With her lower lip between her teeth, she bit down hard. He’d never find out she was a cambion. She’d make sure of it.

“We going to eat or stand on the sidewalk all night?” Cary wriggled out of his grasp, but he didn’t release his hold.

“This way.” His steadfast hand on her lower back guided her forward.

The creak of doors sounded, and a few steps inside, a chilled air nipped at her flesh. Voices resonated nearby. The tantalizing smell of pepperoni and cheese engulfed her nostrils. “Pizza?”

“Not just any kind. Deep pan. The best in Detroit.”

He took her elbow. She didn’t bump into a single chair or person. Had anyone else lead the way, she’d walk at a crawl’s pace and insist on touching everything to pass. But with Levi at the helm, her need vanished. The guy barely knew her yet had taken her in from the first day they met.

Within minutes, Cary sat at a table, and Levi ordered their meal.

“I visit this place every time I can.” Levi’s hand reached across the table, taking Cary’s. Just as she’d imagine a normal couple might do. But they weren’t a twosome or even in a relationship. Just a guy doing a girl a favor, and ending up having unbelievable sex with each other. Despite the tiny time she and Levi spent together, she played pretend that their moments were more than a short sting.

Levi’s thumb caressed the back of her hand in a way that made Cary forget her past. Forget that demon blood filled her veins. If she did that, maybe she could fool herself into believing a relationship with a guy like Levi was possible.

  Yeah, delusional.

“Are you more confident fighting without your sight now?”

Cary reclined in her seat when a sudden sensation rippled across her skin as if being watched. Busybody patrons curious about the blind woman at their restaurant.

“Getting there. Might need additional classes though.” Of course, her mind only referred to fighting, not the delicious, orgasms. But if Levi insisted…

“Well, your dad did a top job in training you.”

At the mention of her father, an arrow struck her square in the chest, leaving her breathless. If Dad saw her now, he’d break out the lectures. Mixing with humans was high on his list of thou shall nots, but dating a demon hunter topped all of them and then some. Sure, her mother had been human, but that was a contradiction her father refused to talk about. Regardless, she’d depleted her savings and got evicted. Yeah, her life would be a strike out in Dad’s book. He’d warn her that she played a dangerous game shacking up with Levi. Plus, her possible new job and being surrounded by demon hunters who’d rather kill her than not.

But if he walked into the restaurant right now, she’d admit to her faults if it meant he returned to her life. For the past six years, she’d been alone. How long did she have to keep suffering before she let herself join society?

“My dad said that when he fought, nothing was off the table. Use anything to beat them.” She frequented junk yards for materials to create weapons. It cost nothing and people were wasteful. She could fill a house with furniture and knickknacks from the items thrown in the dump.

“I’m with you there. The scum don’t play by our rules, so why should we? Though others at Argos disagree.” His voice dipped and carried a dark undertone. She pictured Levi’s upper lip curling into a frown when he spoke of Argos.

A faint snigger floated from Cary’s right, probably from a female or young boy.

“Brent believes that if we use his weapons,” Levi continued, “then bagging evil should be done in no time. Except reality doesn’t follow guidelines.”

Cary nodded. The response on her mind vanished when her flesh rippled. Every strand of hair spiked down her arm. A demon was near.

Outside, a screech of car brakes erupted.

The sudden explosion of chairs being pushed away from tables broke out. Someone bummed her table.

  “Levi?” she called out.

“Fuckin’ Corvette. Stay here a sec.” His fast footsteps faded.

“Wait. Levi. What’s going on?” Panic was a knife to her heart.

His voice floated on the air from farther in the room. He asked someone to watch over her.

Her fingers ran across one eye bandage, probing for a gap, ready to rip them off her face. But what if it made her vision worse?

Fuck. Levi had left her alone in a restaurant, who knew where in town, and blind. Sure, getting the speck demon was priority, but she detested the sensation of hopelessness sinking through her. She couldn’t make it to the front door without tripping over her own feet, so she had zero choice but to wait for him. That notion sat like a brick in her stomach.

Screams came from outside. Her knees bounced. Cars honked. The shuffle of feet surrounded Cary, gasps and loud whispers. She picked up the words; accident, call an ambulance, traffic chaos. Someone was hurt. Maybe run over, or several cars banged up with a person trapped.

  Chapter 10

Levi hurtled past people who stood on the sidewalk. Frozen like deer, they gawked at the poor guy who’d been hit by the possessed Corvette. He lay in the street with legs twisted the wrong way and blood pooling around him. Someone screamed, and sirens wailed in the distance. Levi’s sight fixed on the fucker, racing away from the jungle of smashed up cars. His mind shattered with images of killing the speck demon and obliterating its sorry ass out of existence.

  Revenge was coming. Real soon.

He hadn’t intended to leave Cary alone back in the restaurant. But if he did nothing, the demon would continue killing. She had to understand.

He dodged a group of youngsters outside a pub and darted across a side street. Breathing steady, he pumped his legs faster. His feet slapped the pavement.

A familiar roar sounded from the next intersection.

He rushed toward a couple in the middle of the sidewalk. “Get out of the way.”

There. The fucker had parked on the curb bustling with people waiting to go into a club. Its hazard lights flicked on and off as a calling card intended for Levi.
